This adaptation of the Robert Ludlum novel features Patrick Bergin as a CIA analyst who plots to avenge his brother's murder when he is killed in the line of duty. Using the help of his brother's former partner and girlfriend, the two infiltrate a group of neo-Nazis in order to stop their plan to contaminate the world's water supply. Virginia Madsen, John Shea co-star.
